Bad Week
I've really gotten off track with my binge eating. I've binged every day this week. Ugh. It's like I'm back to where I started. Why can't I just fix this?!? Any advice/support appreciated!

Sore knees
Is anyone else having this problem? The last couple of days I've began to notice my knees - it's not really that painful, just sore and I'm noticing them - where I don't usually notice my knees. lol Anyone else? I'm trying to decide if I should stop the 30DS or not... any advice appreciated :)

Holidays
So... how'd everyone do with the Holidays? I did great until Christmas. On Christmas (which was one big binge fest basically) and every day after I've had a binge. Gross... ugh. How do you plan to get back on track after the holidays? OR Did you do great over the holidays?

Greek Yogurt Question
I've just recently tried Greek yogurt.... and the taste... wow. Hoping I can get past it. Anyway, on to the question. I currently have Greek Gods plain in the 24oz carton. Strength Training Calories
I've been reading about eating your exercise calories back and was wondering if that included strength training calories. I don't get any calories added to my day (on MFP) after I add my weight exercises on my log. Does anyone know if you are supposed to get extra calories for weights? Thanks for any help :)

I've gone ALL week without a binge! This is HUGE for me. As normally every weekday between 12:30 and 2:00 (when the kids are napping) I'm constantly eating. Strength Training Question
I've recently started lifting weights again (some free, some machine). In the past when I've done weights I bulk up - especially in my legs. I don't want this so what's the best plan to avoid this? I'm currently doing Max lbs @ 12 reps. Thanks for any help :)
