Invest in a heart rate monitor n step counter like a fitbit, watching the steps n pushing for higher amount of steps n higher heart rate is great motivation...

I just started using fit bit flex that i won in the dannons lite and fit challenge... being a polar ft4 user i use both now... love how my flex counts my steps n my sleeping pattern but polar ft4 heart rate monitor is awesome n the calorie counter seems pretty dead on... both are motivation to move more...

I was on it off n on for 3yrs... first time dropped 60lbs, then gained it all back... gain it back every time... now im doing weightloss the old fashioned way... lots of exercise n eating healthier... its the better way to go...

Ive went low carb and upped my gym routines n my weights been coming off again... i cant afford to do atkins but i have been tryin to cut csrbs down as low as possible... usually 90-140 grams... so low carbs is helping

I changed my carbs, fats n orotein to 30% carbs 40% fats n 30% protein... 209 carbs now

I steam my veggies n my redbull fits into my caloeiea n into my sugar... thats not changing... as it does not cause me harm

My redbull is not negotiable... ive tried to cut it out n the migraines were unbearable.... but im willing to change other foods... i just have a hard time finding food i like... im not a fan of alot of veggies besides broccoli or corn... chicken, turjey n venison is what my meats normally are...

Things r put in as accuretly as possible cuz certain foods only allow one way to b put in... but i dont see any way possible that im missing hundreds of calories... no way possible
