Hi, I found this when i searched for ripped in 30 just now on the threads as I literally just bought it and am planning on starting it tomorrow. I currently do zumba 4-5 times a week though but as this dvd is only 20 min workouts I was hoping to fit it in early mornings before work. I'm not sure I have the energy to do it…

That's not a healthy weight loss however I bought that dvd a couple of weeks ago as i really like her 30 day shred dvd but wanted another of hers that was a longer workout and more cardio heavy. Like 30ds it is really good and you feel like you've done a really good workout. I don't do it everyday as I do bootcamp training…

Well...I'm pretty happy with my lot such as my job, life and general wellbeing. I can be critical of the way I look still sometimes but when I compare myself to when I was in my early 20s, I have a hell of a lot more self confidence, you just have to get things into perspective sometimes :)

Hi, I just got back from holiday and have got back into the exercise but not doing so well on the eating part so really need a challenge to keep me going so I'm in! I normally weigh on Fridays but I didn't weigh today but i can weigh tomo and tell you. I measure too about every two weeks. Thanks for setting this up :)
