First week 6miles of 50 down 44 to go. I'll start logging as I walk. Actually loving the Leslie 5 mile DVD. Who knew walking to a DVD would actually be fun. I'm finding so much more stuff to do at home, pretty soon I might be cancelling my gym membership. SERIOUSLY!

Amazing I just read an article about eggs and found out they are very healthy and nutritious, the whole thing. I am changing my breakfast to more eggs instead of the super cholesterol fighting oatmeal, all the time. I love eggs.

I would say just have one small piece a day or every other day. If you totally deprive yourself of something your really want and keep making substitutions for it, you could just cave in one day and then go totally overboard. That ususally whats happens to me.

Tilapia is one of my favorite go to quick meals. I usually steam the fish with Old Bay Garlic and Herb seasoning. I have healthy colors steamed vegetablesand Uncle Ben's wild rice. Im trying your recipe with the cajun tonight, thanks.

If you can find it in your area try Mountain Bread. Its very thin about 74 calories per sheet, top with anything bake thill cheese's melts......Wallah delicious. I get then from the local market. Www.mountainbread.com
