My highest weight was 301. Joined MFP at 282 current weight 269. It definitly takes support and commitment to yourself for better health. For me its no walk in the park!

I have those days also. Yes they do pass and you start back even harder. For me I change my routine mainly so I can stay moving, challenged and, interested. That way I don't burn out and completely stop. Been there before and its so hard to start back. You.ve been doing great, a small break may be necessary.

Oh I'm waaaaaaaay behind everybody. Thursday under calories, no windshield wipers, 90 minutes cardio. Just in case Friday under everything 90 minutrs cardio. I'm going to miss you guys you all are the greatest. Thanks for making me move everyday :bigsmile:

Wednesday check in: Under carbs, 50 dumbbell flys, 2 hours back at those same hills for cardio my butt and thighs are starting to feel it. Love it.

Woo hoo glad today was dance, I danced with my crazy kids this am 30 minutes. Another 95 minutes cardio. Hit 100% protein before exercise, but only 50% after exercise. Thanks for the snack tips. Yep I will be incorporating them all into my plan.
