I wore my heart rate monitor several times to get a good idea of how much I burn during each 60 session with an instructor. It's pretty intense and I usually burn around 600-650 according to the HRM. I use Fiber Gourmet noodles. They have about 40-50% fewer calories and they're REALLY high in fiber. I still have to watch portion size, but it fulfills the need to have pasta because I can't tell the difference between that and regular pasta. I find that the circuit training, general comes pretty close to what my heart rate monitor reports. Sometimes a little more and sometimes a little less, but it's almost dead on after a weekly average.

I'm with you! I love Zumba too. I typically zumba 3-4 times a week, usually at 60 minute classes. Then Mon-Fri I do a circuit workout for 30 minutes in the morning to help with the strength part.
