Thanks everyone for all of the suggestions. I'll definitely keep a tighter track on my food intake. I think the main reason for my frustration last week was that I had worked out 5 out of 7 days and I still gained weight. I roller skated for 6 hours (roller derby) and had four 1 hour cardio sessions at the gym as well. I…
