I usually eat my last meal between 7-8pm. I eat 5 meals a day and drink around a gallon of water. My first meal starts at 7am and every 3 hrs after that. 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm,and 7pm

Omg, thought it was just me!!! My husband is always like...must be that time of month! I had a partial but still get the hunger symptoms!!! Sweet tooth becomes uncontrollable at times but I'm getting better at times!
