2 a day Exercise Regimen!
Hi Everyone, Does anyone do 2 a day exercise regimens? It's working out twice a day. I preferably do my first in the morning and my second around 4 or 5pm. I do them like 2-3 days a week and it has me feeling awesome. If you do, list tips, success and any other ideas!

KNEES!!
Hello everyone, I have a question,does anyone use a good knee brace? I have tried several but they roll down or either pinch. I also use Penetrex cream as well. Deficits?? Daily vs Weekly
Hello, Does anyone do weekly deficits vs daily deficits? For the most part let's just say 6 out of 7 days a week I do a daily deficit. I eat around 1400 cals a day.
