gauges are just disgusting. i have my ears pierced,but i don't wear earrings often. i want to get my nose pierced,but my mom won't let me do it,until i lose enough weight.so a nose piercing would be like a prize for losing weight.

i just thought you wanted to look nice.of course he knows what you look like. i'm sure that skinny jeans,pumps and a t-shirt is a classic and you wouldn't make a mistake if you wore those. for a less stylish look,you can go for converse shoes or sth like that.

it's no wonder that you've gained weight.you eat a lot of chocolate,ice-cream and such.those are full of sugar and sugar is bad for you.also,try not to eat mayo,even if it's light.try to eat a lot of protein and stay away from the processed food.

i'm a smoker and i want to quit...eventually.i really don't feel like now is the moment to stop.first i want to lose my weight and then try to quit smoking.i just think it's better to solve one problem at a time.

hm,i don't think so.because,if you eat less than 1200 calories there's a chance that you won't be losing any weight because that way you'd be putting yourself in starvation mode.

well,you should just try to eat less sugar,you could use sugar substitute.sugar itself doesn't have many calories,but the thing about sugar is that it turns into fat right when you eat it.

i use an elliptical trainer and i burn about 100 calories per 10 minutes and i think that's awesome.

the thing is i don't buy the food that i eat,my mom does and no matter how many times i tell her not to buy chocolate and stuff like that,she keeps on doing it.there's nothing i can do about what's in my fridge as long as i live with my parents. also,i live in serbia and here we don't have many of those tasty low calorie…

yeah,the problem is,it doesn't help to make portions because i will almost always eat more than actually wanted to.

you guys in america are so lucky!you have all that tasty low calorie food.here in serbia,we don't have many of those.we do have low fat milk,cheese(which is disgusting) and yogurt.but that's about it.

i feel like i could really use some support as well,it's hard for me to do this on my own and people around me don't seem to understand what i'm going through.and i also want to be able to show up on the beach feeling good about myself and looking good in a bikini.

thank you,it did help.i mean,i guess that has been a problem for me,because every time i was on a diet,i was obsessed about it and i tried to eat much less from the beginning,it was overwhelming.

i love drinking,just like the most of my friends and we get drunk every single weekend,but during the holidays we drink every night.now i try not to go out so often,because i don't want to drink and gain weight.

i have the same problem.honestly i don't know if there even is a cure for that,but there are some tips that can come in handy.whenever you feel like eating and you really shouldn't be eating,then you can chew a sugar free gum,get out of the house or do something that would distract your attention from eating.you can also…

it happens to me all the time,i also wrote here something about that and people told me to get out of the house,read or do anything that would keep my mind off of food.you should also be chewing gums instead of eating.but,seriously,this site is so awesome and it makes me think of what and how much i eat,and i didn't pay…

i would do that,but my parents would go crazy because i would end up throwing so much food in the trash,and it's really their food,not mine,i just can't resist it.
