What I do is I'll leave the house and leave my money so when I'm out I can't buy anything, take a drive or a walk! Visit a friend or ask someone if they need any errands to be done!

Change your settings to gain a pound a week and then eat that and maybe more If you only have till thursday

Well I avoid all nuts because i an allergic except for almonds because strangely they don't affect me! I try to avoid as much dairy as I can because I get stomach problems, I also avoid carrots and apples because I have realllly bad allergies to them :/

i havent had my period in about 6 months and im perfectly healthy, it happens! be thankful! haha

i am SO OCD. like if something says to eat 12 of something, ill only eat the piece if its the whole piece, i never eat the crumbs or broken pieces haha, and also ill only eat something if i can log the exact cals, i know thats terrible but its the OCD! all my friends make fun of me when i scan my food but i dont care haha…

what i do( and this may seem weird) but i microwave two eggs in a medium size bowl and then put it on two slices of 50 cal bread and eat it like a sandwich, very filling and tastes pretty good! ( i recommend adding salt and pepper to eggs before microwaving)

I know that when I want a chocolate fix I go for my chocolate Cheerios, they're sweet and give a nice taste of chocolate but it's only 100 cals for a 3/4 cup and I just eat them dry and it's super yummy!

I have the same paranoia when I go out to dinner and get a diet soda, because for me I can't taste the difference between regular and diet and I've been to places where they put the wrong stuff in a dispenser and also I've gotten the wrong drink because they all look the same so I always end up making someone who doesnt…

It says my maintenance are 1540, so I made it go to 1450 and I'll raise it to 1500 next week or something depending on how it works out :)

Oatmeal eggs fat free yogurt protein bars green and black tea splenda spcial k protein plus cereal and chocolate cheerios to help with the chocolate cravings :)

I found that the special k protein plus cereal is great! But It doesn't have much flavor so I use a flavor of the light and fit 80 cal yogurts and I have a great breakfast of 180 cals and it keeps me full till lunch! :)

Well I don't exactly work out I just walk, and since MFP isn't very reliable for burned cals I only do it every other day :) and plus i don't even know how to eat more than 1400 cals! I do go over a couple days a week if theres an unexpected pizza slice ;)

I'm 5'4 ;106 and I eat 1400 cals a day and I only log my excercise every other day

I love te reduced fat white cheddar smartcorn! I eat it everyday at some point! also the reduced fat wheat thins! 130 for 16 and I usually break them up into smaller pieces and it makes a great snack! :)

Special K protein plus!!!! only 2 grams of sugar and fills you up! 10 grams of protein per 3/4 cup! i eat with some fat free sugar free flavored yogurt for a breakfast that keeps me full all day!+ only 100 cals per serving!

Thank you all SO much! I'm going to start eating 1300 and just go up gradually so my body doesn't go into calorie over load and so I can get used to eating more, and I will deffinitely get my period checked out! :) feel free to add me as a friend and help me with this and I'll be supportive as well! Dont know what I'd do…
