Negative calorie foods
So apparently apples and other vegetables and fruits are negative calories. Should I still track them when I eat them? I feel like I should but I just don't even know if the whole negative calorie thing is true

Zig zagging calories

Weekly net cals
So I have about 400-500 cals left for my net cals for the week, should I eat them or just let them be? I'm not really trying to lose weight just stay the same

Drinking water with meal
So I heard that you shouldn't drink water with your meal but either 30 mins before or 30 mins after because the water dilutes the acids in your stomach that help digest your food therefore making it harder to lose weight. Has anybody else heard this? Or agree with it?

Maintenance cals
So I've reached my goal weight and I was just wondering what I should do about maintenance cals, some websites say I should be doing between 1400 and 1500, but I just don't know what to trust, by the way I'm 18,5'3 and 106 lbs, thanks! :) and feel free to add me!

too much protein?
is it bad if i have too much protein? at every meal i try to get at least 10 grams of protein but i eat steak alot so i have more than 46 grams of protein alot of the time, is that a bad thing?
