Weekly net cals

So I have about 400-500 cals left for my net cals for the week, should I eat them or just let them be? I'm not really trying to lose weight just stay the same

    If you want, but 500 calories is only like 1/7th of a pound so it's not a big deal.

    i think you should eat the calories at the day you have them try to be as close to your goal as possible, do not eat them another day cuz your metabolism wouldnt burn them, even if you have some of your week net left .

    I've read a lot of things that inidcate that it's okay to track things weekly rathre than daily. It's not like your body works on a 24 hour clock. It doesn't reset and store all unburned calories at midnight each night.

    I track weekly more than daily. I know that I eat more certain days, and that I will have days where I'm just not that hungry. I'm still moving onto maintenance at the moment, but I set a goal I want to meet for the week (net) and then divide that out into net goals for each day of the week. Working well so far!

    You should eat them if you're hungry. If not then I wouldn't. 500 calories spread over a week is not a big deal.
