  • We all eat the same thing with 2 exceptions, my Autistic son who has severe texture issues gets a special meal, and my vegetarian son will get variations of whatever I'm making if it has any meat or fish in it........For us it's about a healthy lifestyle for the whole family.
  • If you don't mind some dairy cottage cheese and greek yogurt have decent amounts of protein in them.
  • I loved TurboJam but prefer TurboFire because it is much more Intense.....it's kicking it up a notch. I also burn a lot more calories doing TurboFire which is a definite plus in my book!

  • I workout with a HRM and my BodyBugg and I actually burn more calories doing TurboFire then I do Running. About 4 more cals a min.

  • I have a dog that is the same way....I use a harness, and I find that once I build up speed the dog isn't sniffing around anymore and just runs steady with me. If I'm at a slower pace though he's all over the place.

  • I love Insanity too and TurboFire is one of my absolute favs, along with TurboJam. Insanity might be hard on your knees if the 30DS is giving them problems.

  • I keep a big bottle with me where ever I go......That helped me get in the habit of drinking water more often. It was hard at first because I absolutely hated water, now I find I actually crave it.
