Wow...feel the love  SieSie76 - I want your hair! Beautiful!

you usually have to pay good money for that sort of thing.

without wanting to sound doubtful, how do you know you are allergic to ALL fruit and veg? Have you been allergy tested? Have you spoken to your doctor/dietician? If the answer is yes, they (the professionals) should have put a meal planner together for you...if the answer no...then go get tested!

Oh my!! Loving this thread! I have signed up for 3 1/2 marathons next year (Leeds in May, Plymouth in June and Birmingham in October) plus a load of 10k and 5k races as part of a 100 mile challenge. Cannot wait. Even if I end up dying in all the races!

I used to house share with Fox's sister...it's a huge thing for them all to go through and while I wish them all luck and hope they find happiness, I will never be able to understand why people feel the need to transition. A friend of mine from Devon transistioned from ftm and I actually felt grief when he told me that he…

Awesome...I just started!!

Soooooo bloody proud of you....thank you for encouraging me...and not laughing when I suggested this insane challenge! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If only that were the case. Beachy Head is on the South coast and is a notorious suicide spot, it's unforgiving at the best of times but seems to have acheived cult status as "the" place to commit suicide. If only it wasn't the case.

Yup.I hear you. And I don't have any kids, bed partner (on week nights), pets or stressful job to blame. I have 2 jobs to blame, colleagues who insist on winding me up, bizarre and reoccuring dreams and a brain that is just not quite right to blame. I would kill for an induced coma - oh the irony.

yup...2 people from my college course, my gf, an engineer at work is looking and wants to sign up too. Makes me happy!

it's the old green eyed monster again. Jealousy. Other than wanting to be smaller/healthier/fitter etc I am sick of my sister looking at me and making me feel all of 2 inches tall. I'm the eldest (se is not wuite 2 years younger) and she has always been the thin sister while I have been the "curvy" one. Well enough…

ooooh perfect timing! I was bought some Nike Dri Fit tights at the weekend. Feel like I've been poured into them but they are sooooo comfy! BUT...how do you stop the b4stard things falling down! Not to mention my underwear! Spent the whole run yanking my pants from round my knees!!

LOL! I wouldn't log it...but I do like the idea! Count it as an NSV...increased libido is always a good thing!
-
YES!! The whole pleasure/pain theory? So true.

holy cr4p! Sweet dreams tonight!

On me? Very very occasionally - and minimal. Mascara, lip gloss, eye liner - and that is it. And even then I forget I'm wearing it and rub my eyes, ending up looking like a panda. On my gf - she has never worn it and she looks perfect as she is.

When I've finished a 6 hour shift at the pub and we scrub the place down I log it - we literally go to town with the hoover, the mops, glass trays etc...it isn't something I do everyday, twice a week is the most but it counts. Horses for courses I think :)

You seem to eat pretty well!! C'mon people in the know, help this lady out!!
-
ok, some things I have in my cupboard: - dried bean, pulses etc, NOT canned (too much salt) - pasta - rice - spices - meat free sausage mix (the only processed type food I have in the cupboard) - canned tomatoes I think you can eat healthier if you plan ahead. Bit like logging your food on here, if you plan the meals for…

I have TOTAL sympathy for you. I am a back spasm-er too, probably triggered by a riding accident I had 12 years ago and not helped by being hyper mobile in all my joints. I have been told that Pilates and yoga are good for core strengthening and stability and when I have full use of my knee I will be going back to the yoga…

well given your before and after pic on your profile I would say you are COMPLETELY entitled to! you look amazing!

Sorry....but as a Brit I need to say this...do NOT believe a single word the Daily Fail prints. They are toxic. Good on the kid for doing this but do NOT sell a product to change a life style. Ooooh...the Daily Fail makes my blood boil!

salt is salt....

YAY!! So glad it clicked for you lovely!

you obviously can do it...and you don't need to PAY anyone to lose weight! Cut that cord boy!

ooh interesting topic! I was brought up a meat eater and happily did so until I met Stripycat who is a proper veggie. At the time I was on massive amounts of anti-seizure meds for apparent epilepsy and my stomach was in a bad way. When I went to stay with her I would not eat meat (obviously) and my stomach would stop…

I was on the UK trials for the jab, it is a very safe vaccine, minimal reactions and could save lives...or at the least prevent HPV strains 16 and 18... Would I pay to get it if I hadn't been on the trial? You betcha *kitten* I would.

Yikes....suddenly I realise I really AM a low maintenance girl! Shampoo and conditioner - Herbal Essences Body wash - something with red thyme Garnier moisturiser Sure anti perspirant Paul Smith perfume. Done.

I have got to like it more as I got older, didn't like it much when I was younger. My actual name is Jemma (not spelt with a G!!) and it gets shortened to Jem by most people. My gf extends my name to Jemima...and that explains my screen name

you can do it...everyone on here has ups as well as downs...it's called life as well as being human and therefore fallible. Sent you a message...chin up and tomorrow is always a new start.
