Was 130, then i decided to up it to 140, now that I'm 140 i'm thinking 135 so I have a little room for fluctuation.

I do eat out from time to time when running around, ect.. heres my general meals. Sonic: jr burger no mayo or cheese & small tots: 325 cals Wendys: 5pc spicy chicken nuggets and small chili 430 - if i dont have enough cals, skip the chili and go for side salad then use my own low-cal dressing at home. never use their…

If it's water weight, when your TOM is over do you lose it pretty much instantly or have to work it off? I never paid attention before but I gain 3-5 pounds the day it starts.
