I don't like veggies either, and I don't eat them lol, I don't make myself eat anything I don't like, I know that's probably not the healthiest but whatever, I do like butter beans, as long as the cooked in bacon grease!

That would be 42 pounds for me, not happening, I've only lost 39 in the past 9 months, with working out 6 days a week.

I have done c25k too, I only made it to like week 5 lol, but I did do a color run in May and managed to run it in 33 minutes, couldn't run the whole time due to so many people in the way who were walking. There is so much adrenaline when you start that you just have the energy to run it faster than running home by yourself.

I just started 2 weeks ago and have lost about 3 pounds, I would have lost more if I stuck to it better. But I finally broke through my plateau! So to me, it is the best way of eating, and Im not starving anymore :happy:

Nope, I eat about 1800 calories a day, sometimes more, yesterday I ate 4000 haha, I am 218 lbs 5'7, and do about 5 hours of cardio and strength training a week.

I am 5'7 and my goal is around 165, if you look at mybodygallery.com you can key in height and weight and see what different women and weights look like, but it all depends on muscle, I pulled up one girl that was 5'7 and 175 and she looked amazing, definitely had a lot of muscle.
