you cannot spot reduce but I would say overall lifting weights will "tone" you up, I've lost 90 pounds so far but have been lifting almost the entire time...you could look up fitness blender on youtube. Or hammer & chisel or Body beast by beachbody.

no, starvation mode is a myth....check out Lyle Mcdonald's fat loss plan. It is about 800 calories but high protein to maintain muscle. I haven't tried it because I tend to binge eat, and I know if I eat that low of calories it's only a matter of time before I binge and completely ruin that caloric deficit I created while…

No, I hate the taste, and I feel like that stuff is way too overpriced...I usually drink premier protein shakes instead...or dyamtize ISO-100.

I would say weigh about once a month...I have lost 90 pounds...and stopped getting on the scale so much, it can really wreck your day if you see a number you don't like

My gym sells herbalife shakes, everyone I have seen who drinks them is the same size they were over a year ago, you can lose weight but you have to watch your calorie intake along with it, so you could go get a tub of whey protein cheaper and with more protein and it will do the same thing.
