Hey! I thought I’ll start a thread for women who are pregnant and don’t want to gain extra weight during their pregnancy. I am currently 32 weeks pregnant, it’s my first pregnancy and I like to lift weights. I am also a doctor. Would love to find out more people like myself who wish to live a healthy lifestyle during their pregnancy.

Hi! I am 14 weeks pregnant and still lifting 4-5 days a week, also try to add at least an hour of cardio each week. I have started back counting calories at maintenance. I lost about 80 pounds before I got pregnant, and so far am up about 8 pounds, since I was just eating my nausea away, but my goal is to only gain about 25 lbs during the entire pregnancy. But I have so much longer to go.0
