Your brain takes a while to catch up. I still struggle now and Im over 60lbs gone. And as the other person posted its right you are your own worst critic. Don't be so hard on yourself, be proud of what you are achieving :0)
-
Are you eating enough?? I ate low calorie for a long time and was not very regular. Since I have upped my calories I feel my body is working much better :0)

A couple of baby potatoes :0)

This is incorrect. I weigh 137lbs and 11 x 137 = 1507, this is not my TDEE. I eat around 1500 or more everyday and still lose between 1 and 2lbs a week. Have a read of the IPOARM you will find this very useful information

Similar Age 29 Height 5ft 6' Start weight 196 Current weight 138 Goal 127

You should not consume any less than 1200 Work out your BMR and TDEE. Eat above your BMR Run your numbers through this site scoobysworkshopcalculator
-
These made me LOL in work haha, kids are so funny
-
Eat more than your BMR your body needs it. If you cant manage the 20% from TDEE, at least just eat above BMR, this is what your body needs each day if u did absolutely nothing but lay in bed. If you are feeling tired it is probably because you are not fueling your body enough. If you eat 20% below TDEE do not eat excercise…
-
Work out your BMR and TDEE eat 20% less than TDEE and do'nt eat back exercise cals This is a good website to workout your numbers http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
-
Up your calories your not eating enough, your BMR is around 1286 based on your stats. Eat above your BMR, eat at say 1400-1500 a day and don't eat excercise cals back As we get older our metabolisms slow down as it is, please don't keep under eating and slowing it down even more this is your problem Good luck
-
subtract from your TDEE not BMR eat above your BMR
-
-
Eat more than 1600 cals a day. Your BMR is around 1612 based on your height, age and weight. Shoot around 1800 a day and you will see it move again Good Luck
-
*Veggies *Chicken *Eggs *Nuts *Steak (Scotch Fillet, Rump) Yummm
-
I'd say your BMR is about 1350 based on your height, weight and age
-
I agree utter Bullcrap!!! Up your calories and see how you go work out what your BMR is and eat above Good luck
-
Do not worry about your body fat, unless you have a good source to give you your percentage correctly. Workout your BMR and TDEE and eat 20% under that and don't eat back exercise cals
-
She should be netting more than her BMR for a healthy sustainable weightloss I'm pretty sure her BMR is more than 1200
-
Eat above your BMR which is about 1400. I agree with the other post, search "in place of a roadmap" you will learn so much from it Good Luck :0)
-
Yes your BMR is based on height, weight and age. This is the safest most sustainable way to lose weight You probably didn't fuel your body enough with 1700 Check this out http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
-
your BMR is around 2031 Try eating more than that but stay under 3000 as this would maintain your weight find your sweet spot inbetween those numbers This is your TDEE based on being moderatley active excercise 3-5 times per week If you will be less active say 1-3 times per week stay under 2700 I would shoot for around…
-
At least double your calories you are eating far to little
-
what is your height?? Current weight?? You should be eating above your BMR which could be more than what your eating
