400 calories a day is not healthy at all. I really don't know how your managing to only consume that each day. 1200 calories should be the very least you consume each day. You should reconsider what your doctor has given you and start fresh with mfp and lose weight the healthy way. This will be a new healthy way of life…

Low calorie quiche 3 eggs peppers mushrooms onion 100g fat free cottage cheese seasoning. Very yum and you could pretty much have anything in the quiche what ever you feel like. Everyday, but only one time an thats 1st thing of a morning. Never when I'm on a period becuase that would just totally discourage me with the fluctuations during that time. I do some weeks forget so that would become once a week on a Sat morning :0)
