Good luck to you all but you do realize that you don't need to burn this much to burn fat and lose weight, correct? Heavy lifting 3 times a week with moderate cardio (20-30 mins) 2-3 times a week, 2 rest days, 10-20% deficit under TDEE and hitting your macros [40/30/30 is a great ratio] is all you need  Don't kill…

There is a great article in the March Runners World entitled "Running On Empty." Read it. I do not suggest dropping your calories drastically. Food is fuel. If you eat a couple hundred (100-200) under TDEE you will automatically be at a deficit to lose weight .

This. I don't agree with Whey. You're better off eating lean meats for protein

I eat carbs. I eat from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep. I eat between 1500-2000 calories or more. Read my profile. Send me a request if interested.

I have to agree. Why ask when you are already set on what you want to do? I think you will find more cons thans pro's on the calorie restriction. Anyone who has ever posted in these forums saying, "I am eating 1000 calories and the weight was coming off nicely! Now, I gained 15 pounds in a month! Help!" have turned to…

Have you tried 3-5DAYSOFACTIVITY and IFITFITSMYMACROSEATIT ?? 48.5 lbs down in 8 months on those! They come in delicious flavors like pizza, dark chocolate, taco's and cheesecake! By the way, I have premature ovarian failure. I was told that I couldn't lose the weight on diet and exercise alone. Obviously, diet and…

I started at 207 and I am currently 159. My goal is to get to 153 but I'd really like to be between 140-147. If I get to 153 and I look great after weight lifting, I am staying there. :) Before and current

Best of luck to you. I am trying to run a half marathon April 1st but injury may prevent me from doing so.

My cup size didn't change. I went from a 40B to a 36B. However, from all the weight loss and weight gain, my boobs do not look that great. Would love to get surgery but I am afraid

Do we not remember Oprah Winfrey when she did a liquid only diet?? From liquid dieting to eating... liquid to eating... you gain it all back!

You know how the tooth fairy leaves us a shiny dollar when we lose our baby teeth? The fat loss fairy comes and sprinkles magic dust on our scales to make the number go down! Shhhhhhh!! In all seriousness, xraychick has the simplest correct answer!
