OP, If you are following MFP guidelines, yes, eat your exercise calories back. You can also search for topics that you have questions on. 99% of the time, there are answers already out there :smile: Good luck!

I buy Wegman's greek yogurt in their flavors (vanilla, honey, peach, strawberry and blueberry). I slice a banana and top it off with Kashi go lean cereal or Trader Joe's High Fiber Medley cereal. Yum!

My theory is: If you can't attend social events without constantly worrying about calories and diet, you might as well stay in your house forever! Life is way too short. Eat, drink and be merry!
