I know I have been in your position. Carefully scrutinizing the pictures. I would put that picture up and do it proudly. You are going to need that now as motivations and when all your hard work has paid off you will then look at it and admire all the hard work you put in to get where you are. :)

mindless munching has been my weakness. Aware of it now at my low point which is when the kids get home from school. Now I have a cup of coffee with coconut oil and I'm satisfied.

what protein shakes is everyone using. I personally have to stay away from Soy due to hypothyroidism.... There are lot out there with a lot of junk in them!

Ok, I was thinking that was why i wasnt losing weight in the last 3 weeks but my soium has been 2600 daily. Posering if I should still lower to see a loss

OMG, I just changed my setting and added soium. 2688 for the day. My home made no oil , no sugra no additives saled dressing is 1200 in sodium. OH thank you all. I have hope next week is going to be much better. you gave me the strength to oush through!!

People with Thyroid issues use it . Saturated fats are needed by the body and it help with the medications for hypothyroid. U cant lose weight on no fat in your diet

You cant lose weight strictly on low fat diets. your body needs good fats in order to lose weight
