Im following. going to endo in early Oct and Im on Synthroid. Just recently new endo added cytomel, gained 5lbs and cant lose. Im finding im depressed and irritable and that's only after I take the cytomel. Looking to swtch to armour or Naturthyroid

I too am nervous, My doc lowered my Synthroid from 176 to 137 and added .5mcg of Cytomel 2x a day. I started this on July 8th and by july 13th I was up 5lbs and this week im up 3lbs...So nervous and getting very unhappy

thanks, my doc told me to take megared and will retest in 3 months, I dont eat pasta, rice or cheese. It very well could be genetics but I dont want to deal with the health issues my parents suffered through and have made changes years ago. other than megared, not sure what else to do

I just finished Chalean extreme. It incorporate weights ( dumbells) 3 days a week and cardio the other 2, execellent program to build muscle and lose fat. Its a 90 days program but it changes every 30 days, I have a30 lbs to lose, and the results showed Message me if you would like more information

im curious too . I have an appt with a new endo on July 2nd and would like to discuss with him moving from synthroid to nature-thyroid or Armour. Im on 186mcg of synthroid. fluctuation every 3-6 week between 175 -200mcg. Its like a rollercoaster!!

I converted over 2 years ago, it def maskes the calories. My doctor told me to track my calories and stay away from weight watchers. Im 5.5 and need to lose 30lb also. Feel free to friend me I will help support you in your efforts

Love my fitbit for tracking my steps etc. I too have hashimotos and under active thyrpid and I puchased the Polar HRM to get a better handle on my calorie burn through exercise... the times I have compared , their oretty close to accurate to each other
