I just ordered my polar FT4. I currently sync my fitbit to MFP, even while I workout. Should I leave it off when using my HRM and then log my workouts manually??

Breathing problems during exercise
Has anyone experienced breasthing problems while exercising. I thought and it still could be that I breath through my mouth. I work out everyday and usually run weekends 1.25 miles. I could run more, no fatigue on mucsles but my breathing gets the best of me and have to slow down. regular runners have told me to chew gum…

What is the recoomended daily amout of Sodium. I dont have high blood pressure but im not losing and some one mentioed my sodium. MFP has my goal at 2500. is that an acceptable amount?

Not happy. 1.2 gain. This is the fourth week in a row with no weight loss. last 3 no loss or gain. 4 weeks ago stepped up my workout , 2 weeks ago I up'd my calories to 1400 net. 1 weeks added 2 tablespoons coconut oil ( recommended for hypothyroidism). Ok, looking for some advice. Been Hypo since age 14. Im alwaysstruggling with my dosage. On synthroid. ( generic doesnt work for me.. They are constantly changing my dosage.
