I just received mine as a christmaqs gift. Love it. I am a bit confused about logging workouts. I thought you just keep it on all day and night, yet after reading reviews they talk about remembering to start and stop your workouts. Any insight would be appreciated!

Hi Ellie, How are you feeling energy wise? Are you drinking enough water? Make sure you eat mostly Veggies and Fruit. Stay away from processed food.

Thank you for your post. I too have read most of those studies. I went meat, dairy and bread free Feb 2012 and do not regret it. My weightloss is 25lb right now. I'm now jogging for the first time in my life( always hated it ) and am up to 1.25 miles per day. I follow Dr. Fuhrmans Eat to live lifestyle. Thank you

Have her check out Dr. Fuhrmans Eat to Live book. Real eye opener. I read it two weeks ago and went cold turkey! lost 5 lbs in the first week. Today is the start of week 2!

I have it too. Dad told me it was Irish Skin. I'm 43 and it hasn't gotten better. everyone always thinks my upper arms are sunburned. Wish there was a way to reverse it!

Checkout Dr. Fuhrman Eat to Live books. I myself do not eat processed foods. Counting calories and maintaining 1200 a day since January and I read this book ,started 1/25 and I'm down 5 lbs in a week and I'm not hungry.
