i eat lots of vegetables, oat bran and lean protiens. little to no dairy and bread. i also avoid greasy fried foods as they always reak havoc on me for days afterwards (but i still get some fried now and then)

@TeaBea for the tubs, after I open them i put a fresh papertowel on the top and reclose. then store in the fridge upside down, the towel will absorb any extra wetness and the salad will last a week! and funny it sound like we eat the same lunch ;)

aint that the truth! the crappy a$s micholob ultra at the end of my marathon in the the beer garden was seriously the best tasting beer ever! i wouldnt touch that stuff with a 10 foot pole normally.

I used to use dry shampoo and keep a extra set of hairxtyling stuff at work. i always allowed to get there with enough time to stule my hair there. I used sented baby wipes to clean up the sweat and carried a backback with my change of clothes.

eat. I generally eat my planned dinner late (8pm or later) cause i get hungry before bed. i always hit my calorie goal for the day. I have lost 70 pounds eating that late. time of day has nothing to do with weight loss.

My work around this problem is to follow the TDEE method. I eat enough calories to fuel my body well (1690) and then dont eat back my exercise calories at all. I steadily lose .5-1# a week this way. I found the MFP method of estimating exercise calories and eating them back to be to much guesswork.

I also really dislike the ladies who do actually workout and relitivly hard yet they dont seem to sweat. I mean a 60 min cardio section for me leaves me looking like I got caught in a rain storm !
