I weigh everyday and enter into libra so I can see the trend. one thing that I noticed is that I need to drink more water on the weekends. I drink a ton all week when sitting at my desk and not as much (always busy) on the…

I would like to lose about 20 pounds before then. I get that its calories in, calories out seems simple enough, but is it? Or is the statement that most gain…

Fitbit or replace HRM transmitter
After three years of almost daily use I lost my chest strap and transmitter to my polar HRM. I have looked at cost to replace it and its around $50. Looks like I could get a new fitbit for double that. Cost doesn't matter in this decision much. Anyone have any raves as to why I should step up to the fitbit? Or is the…

Anyone have a job that could sabotage your diet

Anyone else have to fight this battle daily? Ps, I love my job and couldn't ever do anything else

It's about the NET calories
I see so many posts here were people are asking why they are not losing weight or how they are hungry but they are at thier calories for the day. These people are working out daily as well. One common denominator I have noticed is that all the posters (or many of them) are eating at least 1200 calories a day but thats not…
