What kind of food scale do you use? I think it's about time I invested in one!

I have a five dollar one I bought at Target, works great! I know there's fancy ones out there but this one does the job :D

I love my food scale. I have a digital one that I got at BB&B using one of their 20% off coupons. It measure in ounces/pounds as well as grams (I measure as much stuff in grams as I can since it's more accurate) and you can zero out the weight after each item you put on. (I.e. Last night I put a bowl on, zeroed it out an added 85g of one ingredient, then zeroed out the weight and weighed 70 g of the next ingredient, then zeroed it out and swapped it to ounces to weigh out two ounces of the last ingredient). And it has a capacity of up to 11 pounds. I seriously can't imagine life without it. heh
