Fresh cilantro is a flavorful addition to a salad...I also like to add some chopped olives to mine. A simple low calorie delicious dressing is balsamic vinaigrette, and you can easily make your own with a little olive oil and some balsamic vinegar. Mmmm delicious.

I found the black bean noodles at a health food store, but have also seen them in Harris teeter. You can probably find them in other grocery stores as well.

I haven't tried those, but have tried these black bean noodles - I think the brand is "explore Asian." They are delicious and low in carbs, which is why I get them (5 net carbs per serving).

Just take it a little bit at a time so it doesn't get too overwhelming. Like every week, just cut out one bad thing, and keep adding onto it. Say week one: you cut out sodas. Week two: cut out sodas and potato chips. Week three: cut out sodas, potato chips, and candy bars. You will see progress, and that is the best…
