My DH helps me so much. He makes me supper and keeps track of brand names etc. so I can put in all my information at the end of the meal. It sure helps if they are on board, even in a sarcastic way. LOL

I am crazy with my scale too. I am on the thing every day and freak if I go up. But when it comes to my official weigh-in day I usually find I have lost and all the worrying during the week was not needed. Good luck

good for you!!!! before I started with MFP I went from a size fourteen to a size ten, and like you...even though the scale said I didn't lose any weight, I have recently, gone down to a size 8 and the feeling of success is unreal. so again...GOOD FOR YOU!!!!

I have started eating my calories every day and slightly over (like ten or so) and after being stuck at one weight for months, I finely started losing again. It makes no sense to me, but it works. periphria

Hi there, My suggestion is to find a good 20 or 30 minute workout and get up early and do it before work. Or work it into your work day some how. I run an in home daycare and I workout before work and am very active during work and walk the dog after work. Every little bit counts. Good Luck.

hi, I'm fairly new at this, but why would I not gain calories in my food area when I did a weight training workout? I thought weight training allowed your metabolism to work longer than when you do a cardio workout? I'm confused. Help.

well.....I just spent 45 minutes on the treadmill so I can eat some dinner, but I still feel awful about the whole thing. I work to hard to make such a silly mistake. As someone said "Live and Learn" LOL
