I try to drink a full glass of water before I have my junk food, that way I eat less. Or say I want chips and dip I have carrots and humus. You still get your crunch and you still get to dip. Anything to lose!!

I love this show!!!! After I watched I did my "biggest Loser" workout video. I totally was done working out for the day, but I figured I sure hadn't put a mile in so one more workout wouldn't kill me. This show is awesome.:smile:

I have the same thing in my house. My DH eats three and four desserts every night and my children have treats all the time, and it is so hard!!! So... I always have gum around and when they start eating, I start chewing. Good Luck :flowerforyou:

I did awful this weekend. I ended up gaining two lbs. I could just cry:cry: . I have been fighting with these two lbs for about two weeks now.:grumble: I'm going to try to lose them again this week and keep the darn things off this time.
