I USE TO hide BEHIND the camera
NOW I'm always in FRONT of it!
I USE TO hate the way I look in photos

( I think it's all the reminders of everyone on MFP saying drink the water and this :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: too and also the water counter on the MFP food log. I love clicking it everytime I finish another glass.)0 -
I used to wallow in self pity.
Now, I thank my past for making me who I am today.
I used to take for granted my skinny young body.
Now, Im working for it back and it feels so much better earning it!
I used to wake myself up with a can of soda.
Now, its a good stretch and making a healthy breakfast for my Hubby and me.0 -
I used to eat obliviously (didn't have a clue how many calories were in things I was putting in my mouth)
Now I know what I am eating and can make informed and intelligent decisions about what goes in my body!0 -

I use to eat healthy...but just way to much of a good thing....
