  • Or maybe, if you have been working out you're losing inches in addition to just weight. Congrats! I love that feeling. I was cleaning out my closet and found some of my old skinny clothes, I tried some shorts on and they fit! Nothing like fitting in smaller clothes to prove you're doing well.
