I am 5'6 and currently weight 163, my goal is 145. I started losing weight at 195 in march after having my second child in january. this is the lowest i have been in years, but I want to get to a healthy bmi!

I just restarted her 30 day shred. I did it for like 20 days a couple months ago and i was already seeing big results! I am hoping i can make it through the whole 30 days this time!
