Word. My dinner last night was literally 5 ingredients, 10 mins of prep (slow peeler) and 30 mins in oven. Chicken, pesto from a jar, grated cheese (which I buy pre grated), new potatoes because I'm too lazy to chop up big potatoes and a carrot

I found old photos of me from when I hated myself a lot, and *kitten* me, I was so thin then! But I truly did not know how to dress! I can't even blame the 80s fashion. You have to live the one life you've got.

I like/tolerate the taste of slim fast, but I have only ever had it as an emergency breakfast for when I woke up late. Also a few times when I've been too ill to cook (live alone and no takeaways will deliver to my house). *never* as a weight loss method.

Plain/Greek yoghurt with sliced almonds (weigh it!) I've also discovered quark, which is a soft cheese of some sort but low fat and really high protein. Available easily in UK supermarkets. Has texture of yoghurt.

Define "progress" You just had a brain weasel. You did not suddenly get 2 sizes bigger just because you had a moment of "wow I'm (still) fat". You still fit into those previously too small clothes. You've still lost however many lb/kg that you did. And besides the camera always adds 10 pounds or something.

My housemates did it. They spent an awful lot of money on food (so much meat), had awful digestive issues and after all the effort put all the weight right back on within a year. thank *kitten* they had a separate bathroom, that's all I can say.
