I'm a mom to a (almost) 4 month old. I was down to my pre preggo weight a few weeks after birth but then i gained about 16lbs after that. So before I got married I was at 190. I am 5'7 and i was comfortable there. Post marriage with a husband who loves going out to eat, I was 230. Now, after baby I am 248. I wasn't able to…

While I don't have fibromyalgia or lupus, I'm struggling with Autoimmune idiopathic hives. The meds I have to take for this make me exhausted. I also just had a baby. I had lost 65 lbs previous to my marriage, child, and health issues and have gained all but 15lbs back. It's incredibly depressing to think about. So…

I also have Celiacs. Eating healthier while being gluten free can be challenging. I stick to meats, fruits and vegetables, and nuts. The website Skinnytaste.com has a section on gluten free recipes that I like too. I stay away from pre packaged "gluten free foods" as well.

I was diagnosed with Celiacs about six months ago, after gaining 30 lbs of 70 that I lost, forcing me to go gluten free. Now that I am getting the hang of gluten free, I am trying to master losing weight while being gluten free :)

I do swing shift as well. When on nights I log from the time I get up (2 or 3 pm) to the time I go to bed (6am). I do the same on my days off. On a day where I worked the night before but don't work the next night (so I am awake from noon to 11pm) I usually end up eating 2 larger meals and come close to meeting my calorie…

Wore a sweatshirt yesterday that I wasn't able to fit into last year..and it was almost falling off me! New uniform pants at work that are very flattering to my butt! Was able to run for 15 minutes straight today (which I've never done!)! My new knee high boots zip over my calves!

This helped me! Thanks!

I was teling a co-worker a similar thing the other day after recieving negative creepy kind of attention. I said "Maybe I'll just get fat again so I won't have to deal with this". But then my co-worker said "But you wouldn't be happy then!" which is totally true :)
-
I've definitely noticed more attention (the good kind and the bad) but I think alot of it has to do with my confidence level, and the fact that I am putting myself out there again instead of just hiding away :)

I'm 5'7 and started out at 260, The dr suggested 170 as a goal weight but I might aim for 160-165 Heaviest here..holding my nephew.. Last week around 200

My friends at work tell me that I am too independant and also too sarcastic to keep a guy around past the first few dates. go figure. I'm proud of my independence :)

I work swing shift and although I am supposed to get three breaks a shift (12hrs) it doesn't always happen if things arent running well. I try to eat high protien and high fiber stuff. Lately I have been relying on nuts, mostly almonds, and greek yogurt. I also do alot of fruit although that doesnt hold me over as well.…

I have a slight lazy eye in my left eye. it doesnt always move when I look to the left! So I am careful about which side I sit on when I go out. It's fun to weird random people out with it but I definitely don't want to freak out a date.. lol

I like my co-ed gym. People of all ages, shapes, sizes. I do admit that the weight area is intimidating to me mostly because I have no clue what I am doing yet. I've only ever felt weirded out once or twice by a male member and never to the point I was scared to go alone. I've actually become good friends with a few men…

I've tried most of the popular ones but only have the POF one left. All I seem to get from this site is men who still live with thier mothers. I know people go through hard times but it seriously turns me off because I am a 28 yr old independant chic with her own house and car. I don't want to be a sugar momma :)

Turning 29 next month. In the same boat. My co-workers are trying to "buy me my first cat" because I am "destined to become that crazy cat lady" lol
-
I need to try this :)

1.) I bought a smaller size jeans with the idea of them being my motivation. I figured I couldn't quite squeeze into them yet but when I got home and they fit perfectly I almost passed out! 2.) guy at work "Fist bumped" me and said "looking good!" but not in a creepy "report to HR" kind of way :)

I love Zumba but the "toning sticks" irritate me :) And I really didn't see a huge difference...
