I work swing shift and go to nights in 2 month increments. Last week I rotated back on days and had several of the strictly day shift staff do double takes because they didn't know who I was. Also my new nickname at work is "slim" :laugh:

In the last year I have lost 46 pounds, toned up a good bit, and dropped 2 dress sizes but sometimes I still look at myself and think "I am sooo fat!". Anybody else experience this?
I have been working for a great company with awesome benefits for a little over a year and I love it, but..They are constantly rewarding our accomplishments with food. Cookouts, Doughnuts, cakes, and catering. The administration almost take offense if I don't join in. Anybody else have this issue? How do you cope?
