Super active at work

I work a swing shift job that requires alot of physical activity. I recently started wearing my fitbit and there is a huge difference in my activity levels on work days and off days. On work days I end up climbing at least 15 flights of stairs, and walking 8-10 miles over a 12 hour shift (I work in a factory that is 4 stories and I have to be on all of them at some point in a day). The fitbit usually credits me around 900 calories on these day. I don't generally aim to eat any extra calories on these days.

Should I eat more on my work days or just stay at my daily goal? What would you do?
