I work at a cereal production plant in the area that taste tests the cereal every two hours! So on work days I literally have to add that to my food diary. It's not so bad when we make bran flakes or something but when we produce all those kid cereals..oh man...especially on night shift. I struggle sometimes :)

Thats cool, I am a technician at a cereal plant, we do all our own maintenace on machinery. I love the brainpower and physical level it takes to troubleshoot and fix stuff.. :glasses:

I'm 5'7 with a larger frame/bone structure and I am at 210 and currently in a 14.

If I exercise a little, like maybe burning 100-200 calories, then I usually don't eat them back. Sometimes when I exercise a lot or have a super active day at work, I eat some of them back. Mostly I look at my net calories and try to stay above 1000-1200. Thats just my personal preference and what is working for me!

"manufacturing technician" at a cereal plant. I run the machines that put sugar on the cereal. Also required to taste the cereal every few hours..which makes for awesome calorie counting :)

Went to th gym this morning even though I REALLY didn't want to. One of the other regulars told me "You look great! So skinny" . I know "skinny" isnt all that matters but made my trip totally worth it!

After two years of unemployment and major weight gain, I was touring the facility that I had just been hired on at. They took us up to the fourth floor bypassing the elevator and using the stairs. I was struggling after the second flight.... (Found out later they do that to all the new hires as a joke :P )

I hate that, I have hit plateaus like that were I lose inches instead of lbs. Sometimes you just don't want to be "judged" even if people mean well when they ask.
