The colon cleanse is crap and not in a good way.....I tried it for a week..extremely little change. If you want the same idea but way better results buy apple cider vinegar pills. 1) blocks fats from sticking to the body 2) colon cleanses...only like $3-5 on ebay

Measurements are the true key.....I definitely understand the discouragement and frustration. But the proof is in the pudding. Muscle weighs more than fat. It also depends on when you are weighing yourself. Some days my weight has 8 lb variance. Morning, After Workout, or After Eating.

I know your problem I'm 15-20 lbs more with same measurement problems in between medium and large...and also 34 and 36 pants its terrible some fit.....well at least we know our shoe size..keep fighting

Hey Will I'm Radford, I have the iPhone app as well. This site has helped bring me down from 289.5 lbs to 221.8 lbs. since September. Well the beginning was mostly determination, I started this site in mid April, but it has helped with the harder pounds. Give it Hell Will, I'm sure the 30 lbs will be gone in a few months…
