I use several of the products. I LOVE the chocolate snack bars! 10 gm protein in what tastes like a candy bar. scrambled eggs are a good one. She should be able to eat most anything if it's a front tooth and she cuts things up. We really only use our front teeth for "incising" or biting into things. Splinting the two teeth together is definitely an option, but at an additional cost, I'm sure. Not sure if she wants to put more money…

I have not done those exercises, but it's really important to have proper form to protect your knees. For example, don't let your knees bend past your toes when doing a squat. I have terrible knees, so I'm really careful what I do. You might want to consult a trainer for tips.

I went to a running store where they evaluated my feet, gait and what type of workouts I was doing. Then I just started trying on a bunch of shoes. I found for me the Saucony Hurricane 13 was the best shoe. The toe box is wider, it has "arch-lock" and a longer medial post. Most shoe are made for running or forward motion.…

I have bad knees and use a recumbant elliptical. I like it much better than recumbant bikes because it has the arm component to it and I feel like I'm getting a good workout. If you have access to one, I highly recommend it!
