I just started on my weight loss and exercise quest yesterday. My goal is to lose 23 lbs. I signed up with MFP today and it seems like a great site and very easy to use. 13 lbs., sounds like a great accomplishment!! Great job!! I know that losing the weight and getting fit is going to be well worth the effort.
