The fact is a human female should never go below 1200 cal. If she is doing excercise at least 3 days a week she should increase to 1500 cals a day. A human male should not go below 1500 cal. I just joined yesterday. I am excited. I thought I wasn't going to like tracking my food but its cool. I like it. It makes you accountable. Todays phrase of the day is "I WILL"!

I want to loose 15lbs in Aug, but I know it is a hefty goal, but if I put my mind to it, I think I can do it. The trick, is to stay focused. Set your goal and stick to the plan. Just make sure every thing thats done is healthy. I wish us all luck. Go TEAM BLUE!
