Ugh idk I don't get it either...the thing is I don't have n e muscle and I don't look as heavy as 140 but I just weigh that much...idk

Ughh more frustration....I weighed myself this morning and I was 140 and was excited cus I lost two pounds...Fridays are my break days and the only time of the week I do not work out but I follow what I eat strictly. I just weighed myself b4 bed now and I'm up more than I started at 143. Why is that???

Well I go too different classes such as rumba and kick boxing every week....so yea I guess u can say it's a routine.
