water water and more water..or a piece of whole grain toast with a little peanut butter..i usually eat this when im having a craving for something sweet

i believe you can eat anything as long as your willing to workout and burn those extra calories off. Deprive yourself of things you enjoy is a major No when trying to lose weight.

I drink tons of water!! Its great to drink while having a meal because you wont eat as much. And it also keeps your skin looking good.
