You might try different types of dresses... It's amazing how much even just the length of a dress makes a difference... Just try on a ton of different styles of dresses (yes it's a pain) but eventually you should find one type that looks good on you.

don't judge, but.... Domino - JessieJ What doesn't kill you makes you stronger - Kelly Clarkson it's hilarious, I listen to pandora when I run and it never fails, towards the end of my run, when I am struggling, these two songs come up in that order and it gets me through....

This^^^ Also, I have a hard time drinking all of my water... So at work, I set recurring "alarms" in my inbox that says drink water! When they pop up, I have to finish the bottle of water I'm drinking and move on to the next. It's kind of a game for me. :drinker:

I've been having the same problem, I try to run/jog/do the best I can at the high school track, I usually go around 8:45-9 pm and it never fails, I am sweating/breathing heavy and here comes this little 120 pound high school track star, wearing her little shorty shorts.... and I feel like this huge pig... it's stupid.
