A . Prove them wrong! B. People like this need to be reminded that their crap isn't ice cream IE I once was told by a (balding) man that I worked with that I was getting a pot belly. I replied with "Yeah but I can always lose weight,however I don't think your hair will be growing back any time soon hun"

Eat all your calories if you are breast feeding. If you work out and breast feed exclusively 1400-1500 calories aren't going to cut it, you need to fuel your body.

I live in Massachusetts. The weather is actually beautiful maybe ten days a year. The rest of the time it is ether freezing out, hot and humid as hell or pouring rain. That and I don't like getting hit by cars.

No need to be scared. If you're still at a deficit you'll still lose. You want to eat enough to maintain your muscle mass and fuel your workouts though. I recommend calcualting your TDEE and eating 20 percent less than that.

Chocolate chip cookies and mint chocolate chip ice cream. I actually threw away a package of cookies that my mom bought the other day because the temptation was killing me.

This. It seems to speed up the process a bit, cuts don the boating and I notice I have less gastrointestinal issues like indigestion. I also havent had a zit in months which I used to have issues with on my chin.

Right now its a friggin mess and something smells pretty funky. I'm tinking cleaning it out might need o go on my to-do list tomorrow.

I always eat breakfast but that's because I am a bear when I'm hungry and I'm grouchy enough in the morning. I don't think eating or not eating breakfast effects weight loss that dramatically. As long as you are at a reasonable deficit you'll lose. However I do think eating healthy and exercise are important.

I'll leave 100 or 200 exercise calories left uneaten (Im set to lose 1/2 pound per week) But I don't like to leave a whole ton uneaten. Fortunately I love to eat peanut butter right out of the jar :-)

Oh I love Stephen King As far as movies I don't think I've ever seen one I liked although I pretty much gave up after two or three. (IT however scares the everloving f*** out of me) Books- My top 5 are The Shining, Salem's Lot, Bag of Bones, Misery and The Stand I just finished Under the Dome last week. It was fantastic.

My band size stayed a 36 but I figure its because my body doesn't really store fat in my upper back.

I was a D before I lost theweight. I'm an A now, but they are still perky (if not perkier). I don't care what size they are as long as they aren't saggy.

My lower calorie mac and cheese substitute 1 cup cooked quinoa with 1 tablespoon grated parmesan and 1 wedge laughing cow swiss cheese. Mix the cheese into the quinoa when its still piping hot. MMMMMM And because I am crazy over mint chocolate chip ice cream but don't like to keep an entire half gallon or pint in the house…
