I make a weekly list of chores and tackle that when I'm feeling bored and munchy. If there's nothing that needs to be done I read.

My hips are 32 inches and I'm a 4-6 depending on the brand....so I doubt she's a 2.

My mom can be like that. But I kept getting slimmer and slimmer and she kept getting heavier and heavier. The other day when she realized she's put on twelve pounds in the last six months she finally decided to start watching what she eats(which means she'll hopefully leave me the hell alone!)

Ohhhhhh I wish I had that problem. But I should be happy just to be in a 4..... I suggest take the 2s to a tailor and have them taken in, because it will still probably be cheaper than buying zeroes at Macy's or Ann Taylor etc.

I weigh all meat and put each piece in a ziplock baggie with the weight written on it so I know what it weighs as soon as its out of the freezer. I use measuring cups for all my fruit and vegetables. I don't like to because I find when I don't workout my appetite is insatiable. However if I am feeling burnt out or like I may be close to overtraining I'll take a day off.

Depends. I have endometriosis so I can get real nasty cramps to the point of being sick. And it can be really heavy to the point where I feel physically drained. If it gets that bad I dont workout. Occasionally my uterus will have pity on me and give me a normal period and I can workout.

No. In my opinion a disability is something you have for life that you have to learn to live with. Such as losing your arm in a car accident, a mental illness, deafness, going blind etc. You don't HAVE to learn how to live with being fat. You can lose weight, even if it's hard.

Maybe you coull make something like oven roasted potatoes and just have 1/4 cup portion for yourself so you don't feel deprived but he's getting his needed calories.

A side of rice,pasta or a baked potato, give him two chicken breast/pieces of fish etc instead of one. Tell him to have bigger breakfasts and lunches. Or give him nuts and cheese to snack on before or after dinner.

I never had high blood pressure or anything but I have way less stomach issues like indigestion and stomachaches. I still get migraines but less frequently. I wish I could say my endometriosis has improved but it really hasn't.
